Terms & Conditions
Payments can be made through our website using paypal, or through our secure credit card payment option (Mastercard or Visa).
Once a payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. We will contact you separately to let your know when your item has been shipped.
There are several ways of paying at checkout.
- Paypal Account - you need to have an account with paypal and it is as simple as entering your username and password.
- Credit Card (via paypal gateway) - you do NOT need a PayPal account to do a credit card transaction throught the PayPal gateway. Using their secure gatway, just enter your card details.
- Direct Deposit - once you have ordered, an email will be send with your order number and the details for direct deposit. Payment is to be made within 5 business days.
All prices shown on Two Owls are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Any price changes that come from our suppliers are reflected immediately on our site.
Deliveries will be made as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. You will receive an email outlining delivery details once your item has been shipped.
Deliveries will be sent with Australia Post’s Express Post service, unless otherwise noted. Express post includes tracking, and is the safest way to ensure you receive the items in a timely and secure manner.
Some items are shipped free, which will be stated in the product description.
Delivery charges are worked out by weight of items, and will be noted as a separate charge on your invoice.
If you have any special delivery notes, please let us know at checkout.
If you need an item within a particular timeframe, please let us know, and we will try our best to get it to you within the timeframe. If it is impossible for us to do this, we are happy to provide a refund.
If an item on our site is out of stock, we will do our best to make sure the site reflects this immediately. If an order does come through for an out of stock item, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available.
We are happy to order more of any item that is out of stock, if required.
Two Owls is an Australian site. We are happy to discuss shipping internationally. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange this.
We are happy to make special arrangements for gifts. If you would like your item to be sent as a gift, please leave a note in the checkout process, and we will contact you to make arrangements.
All items sent out from Two Owls are wrapped using recycled kraft paper, with a Two Owls sticker attached. We do however sell gift-wrap, along with a great range of greeting cards. If you would prefer to use these, simply purchase them, and leave us instructions, and we will gladly wrap the items, attach a card and send them to the lucky recipient.
Two Owls has created the option of creating a wish list. This enables you to create a list of items you might not be ready to purchase just yet, but want to bookmark for the future.
To create a wish list, you first need to register an account with our site (an email address and name is all we need!), then click on the ‘add to wishlist’ button on any product you love.
Once a wishlist has been created, you can email it out to family and friends, creating a gift registry for any event you have coming up.
The Two Owls newsletter provides the latest news and products we have in-store, as well as useful articles like crafty projects and recipes.
If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, simply click on the newsletter button on the left hand side of the page, and register your details.
